    Toured the limited inventory available in Snoqualmie Ridge this week with two agents on my team. Great to get out there and see the homes in the area. Some sellers/listing agents are seemingly trying to take advantage of tight inventory by pricing homes at lofty prices hoping that the demand will attract that one buyer.
